So, I have this friend of mine, Jake, from Arizona. He's always coming up with crazy crap that his state does. Like, for instance, did you know that Arizona is the only state in the U.S. that doesn't observe daylight savings time? And, for some reason, he thinks this makes them really smart. I argue it's dumb because you'd get confused about what time your TV shows and stuff were supposed to happen.

Anyway, today he asks me if I've ever had "a bean burrito - enchilada style." So, like any normal human being, I say, "What the heck is that?" Jake tells me that it's a soft tortilla with beef or chicken on the inside, then covered in cheese and enchilada sauce. So, I think about this for a few seconds and say...."That's a freakin enchilada!"

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't what he described an enchilada? I mean, come on!
